WORKSHOPS:
Workshops are held on Sundays and in School holiday time. These are valuable lessons that due to time and venue constraints we are  unable to have as a weekly set class in the timetable.

Workshops generally run for 5 hours and include a performance piece at the end of the day.

IDTA EXAMINATION PROCEDURE:

IDTA exam sessions are held approximately 3 times per year. It is not compulsory to take an exam, but if handled in the correct way will give each student an enormous sense of achievement as reward for the techniques they have been working towards in class.

The list of Students entered for an exam will be placed on the Notice Board 6-8 weeks prior to the Exam date. Should you not wish your child to be entered, his/her name must be taken of the list, signed and dated by the Parent/Guardian no less than 4 weeks before the exam date, otherwise fees are still payable. Fees must be paid no later than the exam date.

ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE

The Royal Academy of Dance hold exam sessions in the Spring, Summer and Winter.

EXAMINATION PROCEDURE:

12 weeks prior to the exam date a list of Students eligible for the exam will be placed on the board. Should you not wish your child to be entered, his/her name must be taken off the list with the parents’ signature and date no later than 6 week prior to the exam date. Otherwise the fee still remains payable. Please Note these are set by the RAD not the School
Fees must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the exam.

*A Pianist fee is also applicable to each student taking a RAD Ballet exam, however the School is invoiced after the session. The fee is usually between £5-£10 per candidate and this will be added to your term fees after the exam session.
